Our model Casita is 600 square feet and the price starts at $379,000*. You do, however, have the option to upgrade or change any of the interior or exterior features of your Casita and the material selection, all of which are factored into the cost in the planning stages. The price of custom Casita will range depending on the features and calculated with complete transparency and in close collaboration with you.

For the model Casita, that fee includes construction, materials, and third-party trade costs all of which are co-ordinated by us. The cost of the permits and the cost of the architect is additional.

When you register your interest with us, we will let you know whether your vision for your Casita requires a custom build. That typically means greater square footage, the addition of new rooms, unique layouts, or extensive exterior changes. Otherwise, most other customizations may be made to our model Casita.

From the beginning of construction to final key hand-over, it typically takes about six months.

We understand nobody wants a construction zone in their backyard. That’s why we carefully coordinate our building schedule and the trades to minimize the mess and build as efficiently as possible. We’ve done this for years, and we’re confident in our process.
